My Fourth Clas of Management Information System

In this class I learnt about ethic and social issues in information system. There are a lot of things I just realize that what I have faced was about ethic and social issue. So far I just knew that it was only a short advertising and a short annoying thing. After I joined the class, I realized that all of the this was mentioned as cookies, spyware, and web bugs. I f you guys curious, let me show you what is spyware, cookies, and web beacons.

in addition, another material brings me more understand about organization and its structure that supposed to be balance. in an organization there must be vision, mission and goals. all of the member must in line to achieve the goals together. there is always bureaucracy that will create more efficiency in productivity. when we know and apply well the bureaucracies, the must be an implementation of standard operating procedure or usually said as SOP. This SOP must be a routiness in an organization. That is why bureaucracy is needed to maintain this flow run as well.
what will happen when the routine is not applied as well? there are two kind of motivation that influence all of worker which are motivation by reward and motivation by punishment. It is also called as theory carrot and stick. Reward is only such a carrot that is given to a rabbit. Punishment is like a stick that is given to the rabbit. it is also known as theory X and theory Y. Theory X is just similar as stick theory, while theory Y is just similar as carrot. It must be implemented for each division to make sure that they have and reach their division's goals and organizational goals. this is the visualization of implementation in Theory Carrot and Stick.
