My Second Management Information System Class

I got so many material from this second class meeting. Wow, it was kinda so hard and so many. I tried to understand all the materials given, yet it needed much time to review all the material. From all of the material that has given in the second meeting, the most favorite part is the business process. This pat makes me imagine any kind of process that is conducted in any kind of business. you can see this short video to know more about the basic of business flow.
Business flow tells about the systematic and flow when business activity is being conducted. it took both two parties which are customer and supplier. business flow always started with a "start". in this start, both customer or supplier can be the one who are in. It always depends on its business. Business flow can include the selling process, the transaction process until the end. it will influence the efficiency of its business. Business flow lead to efficiency because there is actually a queue theory that can be implemented in every business process.
Queue theory must be implemented in order to make neat the process and not to waste the time. there are still a lot of business that have not applied the queue system. It would be impactful for the productivity of the business. It leads to time wasting and customer decrease. the example of business that have not implemented queue theory is such a traditional market in Indonesia. There is a very flexible system of who will be the first until the last buyer, it will be looked so hectic and not neat at all. You can see this picture as the visualization.
There are some business that have implemented queue theory very well such as McDonalds and BCA. McDonalds uses the straight line for the queue, and BCA choose to use zigzag line as the queue system. They implement the queue theory very well until it creates an efficiencies. the neat queue will creates more productivity because they don't waste the time and the process was so neat and fast. this faster system will be the spare time for new coming customer.
From this I learn many things about the efficiency that could be created by business process. some business are good in it, it can be the example for the other business who want to apply the queue theory in their business. So, if you want to create a business, you always need to create the queue system so that you will create the efficiency for your business automatically.
